By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These services are:

  • NOT medical advice
  • NOT psychological or psychiatric treatment
  • NOT clinical diagnosis or therapy
  • NOT a substitute for professional healthcare

You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical or psychological concerns.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

While we strive to provide high-quality transformational support, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. You acknowledge that results depend on individual factors including mindset, environment, physiology, behaviour, and personal circumstances. Hypnotherapy and coaching are not quick fixes and require active participation and openness.

4. ELIGIBILITY & SUITABILITY

You may only use our services if you confirm that you:

4.1 Legal Capacity

  • Are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
  • Are engaging voluntarily and with informed consent

4.2 Mental Health & Crisis Suitability

You confirm that you:

  • Are not currently experiencing a psychiatric emergency or crisis
  • Are not actively suicidal or at risk of self-harm
  • Are not seeking emergency psychological or psychiatric intervention
  • Are not relying on our services as a substitute for clinical care

If you are receiving mental health treatment, you acknowledge responsibility for ensuring participation is appropriate alongside your care plan.

4.3 Cognitive & Substance Awareness

You confirm that you are not:

  • Under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs during sessions
  • In any state that impairs your ability to provide informed consent

4.4 General Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your wellbeing and decisions
  • You will seek appropriate professional support where needed

You understand participation is voluntary

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products are:

  • Delivered electronically
  • Non-tangible and non-returnable once accessed or downloaded
  • For personal use only unless otherwise stated

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute
  • Share access or login details

Reproduce or exploit content commercially

6. COACHING & HYPNOTHERAPY-INFORMED SESSIONS

  • You acknowledge that:

    • Participation is voluntary
    • You may stop at any time
    • Emotional or subconscious material may arise
    • You are responsible for your wellbeing before, during, and after sessions
    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where necessary for ethical, safety, or professional reasons.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed
  • Payment plans must be honoured as agreed
  • Prices may change at any time without notice
  • Access is granted only upon successful payment

We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

8. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of digital and time-based services:

  • All digital products are strictly non-refundable once accessed
  • Coaching sessions require 24 hours notice for rescheduling
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

9. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (INCLUDING HYPNOSIS USE)

Hypnotherapy-informed techniques may support relaxation, behaviour change, and wellbeing.

However:

  • Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical treatment
  • It should not be used to delay or replace professional healthcare

You should consult a doctor before using any techniques for medical conditions

10. INSURANCE

We do not process insurance claims.

You are responsible for checking with your insurer regarding potential coverage.

If requested, we may provide a receipt for reimbursement purposes

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and confidentiality.

We will not disclose personal information to third parties except:

  • With your written consent
  • Where required by law
  • Where there is risk of harm to you or others

You may request access to your records where legally applicable.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including but not limited to:

  • Audio recordings
  • Scripts and frameworks
  • Course materials
  • Website content
  • Coaching methodologies

is owned by RESET with Shai and protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

13. LIMITATIONS ON USE

Services and products are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Misuse, copying, or exploitation of materials is strictly prohibited.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or services linked on our site.

Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

15. COURSES & DIGITAL ACCESS

  • Course access is for personal use only
  • Access may be time-limited unless otherwise stated
  • No refunds are provided due to digital nature of content
