How Reset with Shai works
Sessions draw on a structured, evidence-informed framework combining clinical hypnotherapy-informed techniques, mindset and behavioural change work, nervous system regulation, and performance strategies.
The approach is designed to support emotional regulation, clarity, and functional restoration — helping individuals stabilise and rebuild capacity over the course of three sessions.
Scope of Service
Reset with Shai provides structured wellbeing, mindset, and coaching-based support, including clinical hypnotherapy-informed techniques.
